NOMS was born from a simple idea: in a world that rushes from one thing to the next, we deserve food that makes us slow down. Food that reminds us of sitting in Grandma’s kitchen, flour on the counter, gingham curtains in the window, and the quiet comfort of being cared for.

 

Every item I make is baked in small batches using wholesome, recognizable ingredients, with no shortcuts and no unnecessary additives. I focus on nostalgic favorites alongside Old-World pastries you won’t easily find nearby—treats meant to spark memory, warmth, and joy.
